Shipping & Refund Policy

We offer PUDO delivery to locker OR PUDO delivery to door options. We can unfortunately not yet accommodate same day delivery but we can accommodate URGENT deliveries on request.

Shipping day information:

Orders placed BEFORE 9am on a Monday

will be shipped on Tuesday & or Wednesday the SAME week.

Orders placed AFTER 10am on a Monday

will be shipped on Tuesday & or Wednesday the FOLLOWING week

Please allow a 2-4 business days for courier AFTER your package has been handed over to the couriers or placed in a locker.

Please note that we do not offer refunds or exchanges for products that are damaged after leaving our premises. We ensure to wrap and use the correct packaging type for sending your package as good as we can BUT we cannot ensure that it will be handled with care although we do add those stickers on the package therefore once your order is in transit, we are not liable for any breakage or damage that may occur during transit.

By placing an order with us, you confirm that you have read and agreed to our Shipping and Refund Policies.

Refunds will not be issued under any circumstances, including (but not limited to) missed delivery dates, incorrect shipping information provided by the customer, or failure to review our policies prior to ordering.

If you have any concerns about your order, please contact us promptly. We will do our best to assist you.

If you believe your order is inedible or defective in any way, we are happy to investigate.

Photographic Evidence

– Clear images of the product showing the issue, As well as a video.

Order Information

– Date of purchase/ invoice number
